Bio-Rad LSI - Morale feels low, what's going on?

Lately, the vibe in my LSI team has been pretty down. People seem stressed, there's a lot of quiet chatter, and frankly, it feels like we're bracing for something. I haven't seen any official announcements, and HR isn't saying much, which only adds to the anxiety. Anyone else experiencing this dip in morale? Is it just my department, or is this a wider thing across Bio-Rad LSI? Just curious if others feel the same way and if there's any underlying reason for this general unease. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift recently. It's not just you. There's a general sense of uncertainty hanging in the air, and it's making people a bit on edge. Seems like we're all waiting for news that nobody's willing to share yet. It's hard to stay positive when things feel so opaque, and the lack of communication from higher up really exacerbates the stress. Hoping we get some clarity soon so people can stop worrying unnecessarily.

Can't speak for LSI specifically, but the general atmosphere across the company has been a bit tense lately. There's been a lot of reorg talk and whispers about changes, which naturally creates anxiety. People are doing their best to stay focused, but it's tough when you don't know what's coming next. The silence from leadership is deafening and definitely contributes to the low morale. We're all just trying to navigate it day by day.
