Bio-Rad LSI - What's the vibe post-layoff?

So, the layoff happened. 115 people gone on April 11th. Curious to hear from those who are still there, or even those who were let go. What's the general mood like? Is it fear, quiet resignation, or are people trying to stay positive and focused? Have workloads increased significantly for those remaining? Are there talks about future cuts, or is this expected to be the end of it for now? I'm trying to gauge the company's stability and the morale within the LSI division. Any honest takes would be helpful.

Hard to say from the outside, but layoffs are always tough. I'd imagine there's a good deal of uncertainty right now. People who remain are probably worried about their own jobs and picking up the slack from those who left. Hopefully, the company has a clear plan to reassure everyone and demonstrate stability moving forward. It's a difficult situation for everyone involved.

It's natural to feel apprehensive after a significant layoff. I'm sure many are watching closely and hoping this marks the end of workforce reductions.
