With all the news around Aduhelm's pricing and market reception, I'm wondering how it's affecting us internally. It feels like there's a lot of pressure to prove value across the board, and I'm seeing some projects that seemed solid suddenly get put on the back burner or have their scope drastically reduced. It's understandable from a business perspective, but it's creating a lot of uncertainty for those working on those initiatives. Are others feeling the strain? Does anyone know if this strategic shift is leading to people being 'realigned' to other areas, or if it's creating redundancies?

I'm definitely feeling the pressure. It seems like every project is under a microscope now, and the goalposts keep moving. Resources are being shifted around more than ever, and it's hard to keep momentum on things that were priorities just a few months ago.
