Hey everyone, been at Biogen for a few years now and things feel... weird lately. We've had a ton of 'efficiency' and 'strategic alignment' meetings across different departments. On the surface, it's all about optimizing processes and focusing resources. But the vibe is definitely tense. Lots of people are asking what this really means.
