I'm in the exact same boat. It's incredibly frustrating how they can just drop this news and then go completely radio silent when it comes to the actual paperwork. I've been checking my email religiously for that separation agreement, but nothing has shown up yet. Given the scale of these layoffs, I’m hoping it’s just bureaucratic lag and not something more sinister, but the lack of communication regarding COBRA and the payout timeline is really unacceptable. I'm holding off on reaching out to a lawyer for another few days, but if I don't see anything by the end of the week, I might start making some noise.
Same situation here. Honestly, the lack of transparency is the worst part of this entire process. I was told to expect the documents by the end of the month, but it feels like they’re dragging their feet on purpose to see who panics. Don't worry about being the only one—most of us are still in the dark. It’s a massive company, so there’s likely a huge backlog in HR, but it doesn't make the wait any easier when you've got bills to pay. Just keep an eye on your spam folder, though I doubt that’s where the hold-up is. Hang in there, we're all waiting together.
