Yeah, I'm feeling the same way. Been here for 5 years in marketing and this reorg feels...unsettling. The communication has been pretty vague, which isn't helping ease anyone's mind. It's hard to see the benefit when so many people are scrambling to figure out their new roles and reporting structures. I'm hoping it's just a normal business adjustment, but the timing and scale are definitely raising eyebrows across departments. Let's hope for some clarity soon.
Could be. Or it could be a move to streamline operations and get rid of redundant layers that have built up over time. Sometimes these things look chaotic from the ground level but have a larger, albeit painful, logic to them. Focus on doing your job exceptionally well and documenting your contributions. If cuts do come, you want to be able to clearly show your value. It’s a tough situation, for sure, but panic won't help.
