Well, that was a kick in the gut. Just got the notification that my role is eliminated, effective immediately. Heard rumors, but didn't think it would hit my team. Feeling numb, angry, and honestly, a bit lost. The official reason given is "strategic realignment" and "efficiency gains," but we all know what that means. Anyone else in the same boat? Trying to figure out next steps, but right now it's hard to focus on anything but the shock. Anyone have any advice on navigating this, especially with the news about the scale of this?
