Plus, the general travel market news isn't exactly confidence-inspiring. I'm seeing some talented folks in adjacent teams looking a bit stressed, and the usual 'water cooler' chat about upcoming events or new initiatives feels muted. Is this just me overthinking, or are others feeling this general unease about their positions? It's tough to focus when you're constantly wondering what's next.
