Anyone else feeling the pressure on hiring freezes?

Is it just me or has hiring slowed to a crawl across the board at BH? I know a few roles in my department that have been open for months, and the recruiters are being super cagey about timelines. Plus, there's been a noticeable uptick in internal transfers and reassignments, almost like they're trying to shuffle people around before making any hard decisions. I haven't seen any official layoff announcements, and I'm not trying to spread rumors, but the lack of new hires and the internal shuffling is definitely making me a bit nervous. It feels like a precursor to something. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard anything through the grapevine? Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the hiring pipeline seems completely frozen.

Yeah, I'm seeing the same thing. Feels like a real wait-and-see approach to hiring. It's definitely creating some uncertainty, especially when you have open positions that are critical. The internal shuffle is also a big indicator that they're trying to optimize existing resources before bringing in new talent. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of deeper issues.
