Reorg rumors swirling - anyone have details?

So, I've been hearing whispers about some kind of organizational restructuring happening soon. Not sure if it's a full-blown reorg or just some team consolidations, but the word on the street is things might be shifting. Nobody's saying much officially, which is, you know, classic Booking. Has anyone been in any meetings or heard anything more specific about what this 'reorganization' actually entails? Trying to figure out if this is just business as usual with new labels or if there's something more significant going on. Feels like a lot of uncertainty, and I'd rather know what's coming if possible. Any intel appreciated.
