Heard murmurs about 'efficiency improvements' at BSC - any substance?

Hey everyone, Been hearing some whispers around the office lately, nothing concrete, but definitely a lot of talk about 'efficiency improvements' and 'strategic realignments.' It's that vague corporate speak that always makes me a little uneasy. My direct manager hasn't said anything, and it's not like there have been any official announcements, but the vibe feels...off. Anyone else picking up on this? Are people in different departments seeing or hearing similar things? Wondering if this is just general industry noise or if there's something more specific happening at Boston Scientific that I should be aware of. Trying to stay ahead of the curve here. I've definitely felt a shift in the air recently. Lots of hushed conversations and a general sense that things are being re-evaluated. It's hard to say what it all means without more specifics, but it's creating a bit of an anxious atmosphere. Hopefully, any changes will be communicated clearly and ultimately benefit the company and its employees.

Yeah, the 'efficiency' talk is everywhere. My team's been asked to review our current processes and identify areas where we can cut back on time or resources. It feels a bit like we're being set up for something, but no one's giving us the full picture. Just trying to focus on my work and hope for the best.
