Anyone else feeling the chill at BMS?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter across different platforms about potential layoffs at pharma giants lately, and I'm starting to feel it here at BMS. No official word, of course, but the general vibe feels... tense. Meetings are being rescheduled, some projects are getting put on hold, and there's a definite undercurrent of 'what if.' Has anyone else noticed anything similar? Is it just my department, or is this a wider thing? Trying not to panic, but the silence from leadership is pretty deafening. Just looking to see if others are in the same boat or if I'm overthinking it. Any insights or similar observations would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've picked up on that vibe too. It’s not just you. There's been a definite shift in atmosphere over the last few weeks. Heard whispers about restructuring in a couple of different divisions, and the usual communication channels seem a bit more guarded than before. Trying to focus on my work, but it's hard not to scan the horizon when things feel so uncertain. Hope it's just internal reorganization, but the lack of clear updates is making people antsy.
