BMS - Anyone else feeling the vibe?

Hey all, been with BMS for a few years now in X department. Lately, the atmosphere feels a bit... off. We've had a few reorganizations in the past year, and while nothing's been explicitly stated, there's a definite sense of 'wait and see' hanging over everything. Meetings seem more focused on efficiency and cost-cutting, and I've noticed some project timelines getting squeezed. Just wondering if others are picking up on this too, or if I'm just overthinking things based on industry chatter. Are there any specific divisions or teams that seem more impacted? Trying to gauge the temperature without resorting to outright gossip, but it's hard not to feel a little uneasy when the whispers start. Any insights from folks in different areas would be appreciated.

I've been at BMS for a while, and I get what you're saying. The reorganization waves definitely create some ripples. It feels like there's a lot of internal shifting, and while understandable in a large company, it does make you pause and wonder about the long-term direction. The focus on efficiency is also noticeable; lots of talk about streamlining processes. Hopefully, it leads to positive outcomes rather than just increased pressure.

Interesting to hear your take. I'm in a different division, but the 'wait and see' sentiment isn't entirely foreign here either.
