I've noticed a lot more people quietly polishing their resumes and discreetly networking. Maybe it's the broader economic climate affecting pharma, but it feels more pronounced internally. Lots of speculation about budget cuts, hiring slowdowns, and whether current roles are truly secure long-term. The recent 'efficiency improvements' talk from leadership also adds to the unease. Wondering if others are experiencing this dip in morale and what the underlying causes might be. It’s tough to stay motivated when there's a constant undercurrent of uncertainty.
