Lately, things at BMS feel a bit unpredictable. I'm not seeing any official announcements or clear signs of mass layoffs, but the overall atmosphere has shifted. There's a lot of speculation and hushed conversations in the hallways and on Teams calls. Performance reviews seem to be carrying a bit more weight than usual, and there's a heightened focus on efficiency across departments. It’s creating a sense of unease for many of us who are just trying to do our jobs well. I'm wondering if this is a company-wide trend or if specific divisions are feeling more pressure. Has anyone received any unusual feedback or seen changes in their team's structure that might signal something bigger? Trying to stay positive but it's hard not to feel the tension. Just looking for some shared experiences or insights from colleagues.
