BMS: What's the word on the street?

Been with BMS for a few years now, and things feel... uncertain. The usual buzz around the office has died down a bit, and there are a lot of hushed conversations happening. No official announcements, of course, but you can't help but pick up on the vibe. I've seen some team reorganizations lately, and it feels like a precursor to something bigger. Just wondering if anyone else is feeling this same unease, or if I'm just reading too much into things. Are projects being shelved quietly? Are new hires on hold? Trying to stay optimistic, but the rumors are starting to get to me. Any insights from others at BMS, especially in R&D or manufacturing? Looking for some reassurance or at least some shared experience here. Trying to keep my resume updated just in case, but really hoping it doesn't come to that.
