Yeah, I've heard similar rumblings from folks on the sales side. It feels like they're consolidating a lot of functions and pushing for more cross-functional responsibilities without necessarily increasing headcount. There's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty, and the vague language about 'efficiency' doesn't do much to calm nerves. People are starting to polish up their resumes, just in case.
Totally. My department had a 'strategic realignment' last quarter. Some projects got shelved, and the teams involved were shuffled around. It's less about outright cuts and more about shifting priorities and roles. Management keeps talking about 'evolving with the market,' but it just feels like we're doing more with less, and nobody's quite sure what the endgame is. Definitely a strange vibe around here lately.
