Brown-Forman: Morale and workload lately?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Brown-Forman has been feeling the strain lately. It feels like the workload has ramped up considerably in my department, and the general vibe seems a bit... tense? Not sure if it's just my team or if it's a broader company thing. Been hearing a lot of whispers, but nothing concrete. Has anyone else noticed changes in team dynamics, increased pressure, or maybe a general feeling of uncertainty? Trying to gauge the general sentiment. Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me overthinking things? Curious to hear what others are seeing and feeling on the ground.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that ramp-up too. It seems like projects are stacking up faster than we can realistically tackle them, and it's leading to some pretty long hours for a lot of people I've spoken with. The pressure feels higher than usual, and while I haven't heard anything specific about company-wide uncertainty, the increased workload definitely contributes to a more stressed atmosphere. Hope things ease up soon.

I can echo that sentiment. There's been a palpable shift in the energy around here lately. Deadlines seem tighter, and there's a constant feeling of needing to do more with less. It's not just one department, from what I can gather. People seem a bit more guarded and less likely to engage in casual conversation, which I think is a side effect of everyone being so focused on just keeping their heads above water.
