Brown-Forman: Performance review anxiety rising?

With the end of the fiscal year approaching, I'm getting pretty anxious about performance reviews here at Brown-Forman. The usual end-of-year push feels amplified this time around. There's been a lot of emphasis on individual contribution and hitting targets, more so than usual. Some colleagues are already talking about 'ranking and yelling' sessions, which is never fun. Given the economic climate and the general uncertainty in the consumer goods sector, I'm worried that reviews might be used as a way to trim the workforce without outright layoffs. Has anyone experienced anything like this in previous years at BF, or is this a new intensity? Any tips on how to navigate this period or prepare yourself mentally?
