Hey folks, been at Cadence for a few years now, and lately, there's been a lot of quiet buzz. My manager's been a bit cagey, and I've noticed some projects slowing down or being re-scoped. Some people on other teams also seem a bit anxious. Not hearing anything concrete, no official announcements, but the vibe feels... off. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's just seasonal budget stuff, or if there's a bigger shakeup potentially brewing. Trying not to panic but also want to be realistic about the situation. Any insights or similar experiences would be appreciated. Feels like a lot of uncertainty right now.

Yeah, I've been hearing similar things. It's definitely creating a bit of an unsettling atmosphere. My department hasn't had any official word, but there's a noticeable increase in meetings that feel more like 'managing expectations' than actual strategic planning. Makes you wonder if something significant is on the horizon, or if it's just the usual end-of-year jitters amplified by other factors.
