Just saw the official WARN notice go through for the Willow Circle site in Hagerstown. It looks like 70 people were handed the pink slip on the 26th. Honestly, the mood here in San Jose is incredibly tense right now. Leadership kept telling us we were 'essential to the roadmap' for the new AI-driven EDA tools, but seeing an entire office get wiped out makes that feel like a complete lie. Is there any word on whether this is a localized site optimization or if there’s a second wave coming for the core engineering teams? I’m hearing whispers that this is just the beginning of the Q3 cost-cutting measures. If anyone from the MD office is reading this, I’m truly sorry.
