Anyone else feeling the internal reshuffling at Campbell's?

Lately, my team at Campbell's has been noticeably quieter. We've had a few departures, not necessarily layoffs but people leaving for other opportunities, and they haven't been replaced. On top of that, there's been a lot of talk about 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing resources,' which, let's be honest, usually precedes some kind of workforce adjustment. My manager has been cagey when asked about team growth or future projects, which is unusual for them. I haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but the air feels different. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar feeling of uncertainty or if there are any unofficial whispers about potential restructuring or reductions happening across the company. Trying to get a pulse on the situation.
