Anyone else feeling the vibe at Campbell's lately?

Just checking in with fellow 'Bells folks. Haven't seen any official announcements, but lately, the office feels...different. Lot of hushed conversations, people being extra cautious with their words. My team had a few 'reorganizations' recently, which is code for 'someone's job is gone or changing drastically.' Anyone else in other departments noticing similar shifts? Is it just me, or is there a palpable tension in the air? Wondering if leadership is preparing us for something, or if it's just the usual end-of-year jitters. Curious to hear if anyone else has heard whispers or seen similar patterns. Trying not to spiral here, but the unease is real.

I've been picking up on that too. It's like a low hum of unease that wasn't there a few months ago. The 'reorg' buzz is definitely a thing – my department had some shuffling, and the uncertainty is making it hard to focus. People are definitely more guarded, which is a shame because I thought we had a pretty open culture. Hoping it's just a temporary phase as they navigate some new strategy, but it's hard not to feel a bit on edge.

Interesting you mention that. While I haven't directly experienced any reorganizations in my immediate area, I've definitely noticed a shift in the general atmosphere. Conversations seem to be more subdued, and there's a sense of people watching what they say. It's subtle, but it's there. It makes you wonder what's happening behind the scenes. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but I can't deny the feeling that something is shifting.
