Hey everyone, long-time lurker here, first-time poster. Been with Campbell's for a few years now, and lately, the vibe in the office has been... tense. We haven't heard anything concrete about layoffs, but there's been a lot of talk about 'optimizing' and 'streamlining.' My department had a 'strategy session' last week that felt more like a performance review disguised as a team-building exercise. People are whispering, and honestly, I'm starting to get a knot in my stomach. My workload hasn't decreased, but the general mood feels like we're walking on eggshells. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if this is company-wide or just our corner of the soup kingdom.

Hang in there. It's tough when uncertainty is in the air. Management buzzwords can definitely create anxiety. Hopefully, 'optimizing' and 'streamlining' translate to better processes for everyone and not just cuts. Keep your head down, do good work, and try not to let the office chatter get to you too much. Remember your contributions and focus on what you can control. Sending good vibes your way that things become clearer soon and the 'strategy sessions' lead to positive outcomes.
