Campbell's Headcount - Feeling the Chill?

Hey all, been lurking for a bit, but wanted to put this out there. Work at Campbell's and while there's no official word, the vibe in my department is... off. Projects are being shelved, budgets are tighter than usual, and there's a general air of caution. Saw a few people looking a bit stressed in the breakroom lately. Anyone else picking up on similar signals? Not hearing about outright layoffs, but definitely feels like a headcount freeze or at least a very serious hiring slowdown. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the silence is deafening. Is anyone in a different division seeing the same thing, or am I just in a cold corner of the company? Curious to hear if others are feeling this pressure cooker environment.
