Noticed a lot of chatter on here about Campbell's and layoffs, but nothing official. I'm in a different sector of the company and we've seen some pretty significant project delays and hiring freezes over the last couple of months. It's not just my team; I've heard similar stories from folks in R&D and even some of the supply chain folks. Management is being super tight-lipped, which honestly makes me more nervous than if they just told us something was up. Anyone have any intel, even rumor mill stuff, about where these 'efficiency improvements' might be hitting hardest? Trying to prepare myself mentally, and maybe update the resume just in case. Feels like something is brewing, and it's not a hearty chicken noodle.
