Hey everyone, been with Campbell's for a few years now in the marketing department. Lately, there's been a weird vibe around the office. More 'efficiency' meetings, a few project consolidations, and a general sense of unease. Management is being super tight-lipped about anything substantial, just the usual 'we're adapting to the market' talk. But the chatter among colleagues is getting louder. Seeing a lot of people polishing up their resumes, myself included. It's unnerving not knowing if something is brewing. Anyone else in different departments feeling this?
