Whispers of change at Campbell Soup Co?

Hey everyone, been working at Campbell's for a few years now, mostly in the supply chain side. Lately, there's been a lot of chatter, and I'm not talking about new soup flavors. Performance reviews felt a bit more intense this year, and there's a general sense of 'hunkering down' from leadership that's hard to ignore. My department hasn't seen any direct cuts, but a few open roles have been put on hold indefinitely, and there's a definite slowdown in project approvals. Anyone else picking up on this vibe? Is it just a seasonal thing, or are we seeing the early signs of something bigger? Curious to hear if others in different divisions are feeling the same pressure or if it's just my corner of the kitchen. Trying to stay optimistic but also realistic about what might be coming.

I've been following Campbell's for a while as a consumer, and I've noticed their marketing feels a bit stagnant lately. It would make sense if they're tightening their belts internally. Perhaps they're focusing on core products and streamlining operations before launching any big new initiatives. I hope it doesn't impact the quality of the soups I enjoy, especially during colder months. It's always interesting to see how large companies navigate periods of uncertainty or strategic shifts.
