Impact of Discover acquisition on our roles?

Hey everyone, seeing a lot of noise around the Discover deal and frankly, it's making me a bit anxious. Haven't heard any direct confirmation of layoffs tied to this, but you can't help but wonder what the downstream effects will be. Are there teams that are going to be redundant once everything is integrated? My manager is being super cagey, just saying 'business as usual' but that feels disingenuous. I've been trying to keep my head down and focus on my work, but the uncertainty is really getting to me. Anyone else in a similar boat? Getting any clearer signals from leadership or your own teams about how this will shake out long-term? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if I'm overthinking this or if others are feeling the same pressure. Trying to plan my next steps but it's hard when the ground feels so unstable.
