Anyone else feeling the pressure at Cardinal Health?

Hey everyone, seeing a lot of chatter in other healthcare companies and just wanted to check in with my fellow Cardinals. It feels like there's an underlying tension lately, maybe it's just the general economic climate, but I've been hearing whispers and seeing some weird organizational shifts that have my spidey senses tingling. No official word, of course, and leadership seems to be keeping things on the down-low, which is never a great sign. Just curious if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes or has any inside info they're willing to share (anonymously, of course!). Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared. How are things looking in your departments?

I've noticed it too. It's definitely not just you. There's a feeling of uncertainty that seems to be creeping into a lot of departments. I'm trying to stay focused on my work and not get too caught up in the speculation, but it's hard when the atmosphere feels different. Hopefully, any changes will ultimately be for the better, but the lack of clear communication is definitely unsettling for everyone.

Totally. The whispers are hard to ignore, aren't they? It feels like we're all holding our breath waiting for something to happen. I've been trying to get clarification on a few things and it feels like hitting a brick wall. It's the quiet uncertainty that's the most nerve-wracking part, making it difficult to plan or even just feel secure in our roles. Let's hope for some transparency soon.
