Anyone else waiting for the other shoe to drop after the Naperville cuts?

It feels like we are just waiting for the next WARN notice to hit the wire. First it was the Naperville group back in April, then the California announcement for late June, and now the mood in the office is just complete silence. You walk through the hallways and people are barely making eye contact. Management keeps talking about 'synergies' and 'operational efficiencies,' but we all know that’s just code for more pink slips. I’ve been here for five years and I’ve never seen the internal morale this low. Has anyone heard anything about further consolidations in the supply chain or corporate side? I’m tired of waking up every Monday wondering if my login is still going to work. Trying to polish up the resume this weekend just in case, but the job market doesn't seem to be doing us any favors right now.

The anxiety is palpable across every department right now. I’ve been tracking these announcements, and it’s clearly not slowing down. Every time management schedules an 'all-hands' meeting, my heart rate spikes because we all know the drill. They hide behind corporate jargon while people are trying to figure out how to cover their mortgages. It’s hard to stay focused on daily deliverables when the company culture has shifted from collaboration to survival mode. Honestly, I think the 'synergy' talk is just a way to keep us compliant until they decide which location is next on the chopping block.
