Just saw the WARN notice hit for the Naperville site. Another 43 people are out as of yesterday. Honestly, at this point, it feels like they’re just peeling us off the headcount list layer by layer. The vibe in the office has been a funeral march for weeks, and management just keeps gaslighting us with 'streamlining' and 'operational efficiency' emails. Does anyone know if this is the final phase for the Frontenac location, or are they planning to hollow this place out entirely by Q3? I’ve been looking for an exit for months, but this makes the search feel a lot more urgent. If you’re still there, update your LinkedIn and start moving your personal files off the network ASAP. They don't give you time to breathe once the security team shows up at your desk.

I was there during the initial cuts, and it never stops at one phase. They use the same 'operational efficiency' script every time they prepare to shut down a site completely. If I were you, I’d stop waiting for clarity from management and start aggressively updating your resume today. The writing is on the wall, and they definitely aren’t planning to keep a skeleton crew indefinitely. Just get out while you can still frame your departure as a choice rather than a layoff.

It is honestly sickening to watch the slow-motion collapse of the Naperville office. Everyone knows the 'streamlining' talk is just a corporate euphemism for liquidating the location. I stopped paying attention to the town halls months ago because they clearly don't value our tenure or contribution. If you’re still there, assume the worst and prepare for it. They’ve already made their decision to hollow the place out; they’re just waiting for the logistics to align before they lock the doors for good.
