Things feel pretty steady from my end. Projects are moving along, and while there's always some level of adaptation happening in a company this size, it doesn't feel like there's widespread upheaval. Morale seems decent, people are focused on their work and hitting their targets. It's not exactly a party atmosphere, but it's not doom and gloom either. Pretty much what you'd expect from a large, established organization trying to navigate the current market conditions. Keep your head down and do good work seems to be the prevailing attitude.
