Been with Cardinal Health for a solid chunk of time and, like many, I've noticed the recent shifts. No official word on layoffs, and I haven't been personally impacted, but the underlying current feels different. Resources seem tighter, and there's a bit more pressure on performance metrics across the board. It's making me think about my next steps, even if nothing materializes. Have any of you had recent interviews or discussions with recruiters that might indicate something? Or are things just business as usual for some? Trying to separate genuine concern from typical corporate anxieties. Any insights from those who might have a clearer picture would be appreciated. Just want to be proactive.

I hear you. Been feeling that same shift at Cardinal Health. It's that quiet hum of uncertainty that gets you thinking, even if things are okay for now. The focus on metrics has definitely ramped up, and it feels like there's less room for error or flexibility than before. I haven't actively interviewed, but I've kept my resume updated and passively browsed. It's just smart to be aware of the landscape, especially when you've invested a good amount of time with a company.

It's understandable to be looking around, especially when the atmosphere changes. Cardinal Health has been stable for many, but that feeling of 'different' is hard to ignore. I've seen some of the resource constraints you mentioned, and it does create a different kind of pressure. Haven't had any recruiter calls myself, but I've been seeing more posts from recruiters seeking talent in the healthcare logistics and distribution space, which is relevant. Just trying to stay informed.
