Hey everyone, Been at Carrier for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has been... off. It's not just me, right? Seeing a lot of people polishing their resumes and a surprising number of 'early retirement' packages being offered. Plus, my team just lost a couple of folks, and their responsibilities have been absorbed by the remaining members. No one's really talking about it openly, but there's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty.
