Carrier Global - Any official word on potential restructuring?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter lately, both internally and on some of the less official channels, about potential 'organizational adjustments' at Carrier. No concrete news or official announcements yet, but the volume of talk seems to be picking up. I'm in [mention your department or general area vaguely, e.g., 'one of the engineering teams' or 'a support function'] and we've heard a few things, mostly just rumors and speculation. Management has been pretty tight-lipped, which isn't exactly reassuring. It's that classic 'radio silence' that often precedes significant changes.
