Carrier Global - Anyone else seeing quiet cuts or reorganizations?

Hey folks, been with Carrier Global for a few years now in a corporate role. Lately, there's been a lot of 'reorganization' talk, and some teams are noticeably smaller. No big announcements, no official layoff numbers, but it feels like there are definitely people being managed out or pushed towards voluntary departures. Anyone else in other departments experiencing this? It's creating a weird vibe and making people anxious, especially with the economic uncertainty. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's isolated to certain divisions. Trying to stay optimistic but the silence is deafening.
