Hey folks, been keeping an eye on things here at Carrier. Not hearing any official word, and my manager's been tight-lipped, but there's definitely a different vibe lately. Project timelines seem a bit… fuzzy, and there's been an uptick in 'efficiency reviews' across a few departments. I know it's not Q4, which is usually when things get a bit tighter, but this feels a little more deliberate. Has anyone else noticed a similar trend? Wondering if it's just my division or if there's a broader organizational shift happening that hasn't hit the rumor mill hard yet. Trying not to spiral, but the uncertainty is getting to me. I've definitely picked up on something similar in my area. We've had a few internal meetings that felt more like audits than updates, and the general hum feels a bit more subdued than usual.
