Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter on internal channels about potential restructuring in Q4. Nothing concrete, just a lot of vague talk about 'optimizing operations' and 'strategic realignment'. It feels different than the usual quarterly performance reviews. My team's been tasked with a lot of 'efficiency projects' lately, which is a bit unusual for this time of year. Anyone else in Carrier hearing similar things or noticing any odd project reprioritization? Just trying to gauge if this is company-wide or if it's just my department getting the 'efficiency treatment'. Trying not to panic, but the vibes are definitely a little off.

I haven't heard anything directly about restructuring, but your post certainly resonates. We've had a lot of internal meetings focused on process improvement and finding cost savings, which is a bit unusual this late in the year.
