CAT - Anyone else feeling the jitters?

Hey everyone, Just wanted to see if anyone else at Caterpillar is getting that uneasy feeling lately. I haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite hum of uncertainty in the air. Been hearing whispers, mainly from folks in different departments, about potential 'realignments' and 'efficiency drives.' Normally, I wouldn't worry too much, these things happen. But with the broader economic climate and some other heavy industry players making cuts, it's hard not to think about it. Our Q3 numbers seemed okay from what I saw in the internal reports, but who knows what's really going on behind closed doors. Anyone else picking up on similar vibes? Any intel from their managers or specific teams? Trying to stay positive, but the lack of clear communication is starting to make me a bit anxious. Not looking for gossip, just trying to get a sense of the general mood and if others are seeing the same subtle signs.
