Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at CAT is noticing a definite slowdown in project kickoffs or even general team activity lately? My department has been eerily quiet for the past few weeks, which is unusual for this time of year. Usually, we're gearing up for end-of-year pushes, but it feels like things are just… paused. I haven't heard any official word about layoffs, and honestly, my manager is being super cagey about future projects. It's making me a little anxious, especially with all the chatter about other industries cutting back. Just trying to gauge the temperature here. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or am I just overthinking a temporary lull?
