Anyone else seeing a lot of internal reshuffling at CBRE?

Been at CBRE for a few years now, and it feels like things are getting a bit… unstable? Not necessarily layoffs, but I'm noticing a ton of internal transfers and role changes lately. People who were in one department are suddenly in another, and teams are being restructured. It's making it hard to know who's doing what, and honestly, it's creating a bit of unease. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this just a normal part of the business cycle or something more concerning? Feels like a lot of moving pieces without a clear picture of the endgame. Makes you wonder about long-term stability and where things are headed. Just trying to get a sense if this is a widespread thing or if my specific division is going through a rough patch.

Yeah, I've seen similar things. It feels like they're trying to optimize or perhaps consolidate certain functions. While it can be disruptive in the short term, sometimes these internal shifts are an attempt to build stronger, more agile teams for future projects. Hopefully, it leads to more clarity and stability down the line.

Definitely noticing the churn. It's a bit unsettling when your usual contacts or reporting lines change unexpectedly. Makes collaboration tricky. I'm trying to stay positive and see it as a potential growth opportunity, but it's hard not to feel a little uncertain about the long-term direction when there's so much movement.
