CBRE - Any whispers of restructuring or reorgs coming?

Hey everyone, been at CBRE for a few years now and lately the vibe feels a bit... off. Not hearing about any specific layoffs, thankfully, but there's definitely an undercurrent of talk about potential restructuring or even a broader reorg. Been seeing a lot of internal meetings that seem more strategic than usual, and some teams are consolidating work. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this or has heard any more concrete rumors. Feels like management is planning something, but it's all very hush-hush. Is it just me, or is the company bracing for something? Trying to gauge the temperature here before anything actually happens.

Yeah, I'm hearing similar things. The 'strategic' meetings have been constant, and some of the project overlap between departments is getting pretty noticeable. It's hard to say if it's a full-blown reorg or just some operational streamlining, but the feeling of change is definitely in the air. Hoping it leads to better efficiency and not just more headaches, but time will tell. Keep an eye on those internal announcements, that's usually where the first concrete details drop.
