Lately, it feels like the deadlines for our projects at CBRE are getting tighter and tighter, with fewer resources. It's not just me, right? Several colleagues have mentioned the same thing. It’s like they're trying to push through more work with the same (or fewer) people. The pace is unsustainable and honestly, the quality is starting to suffer because we're rushing. I'm wondering if this is a company-wide push or specific to certain divisions. Doesn't feel like a sustainable way to operate long-term. Anyone else in a similar boat or have insights into why this might be happening?
