CBRE - Performance reviews feel more intense this cycle

Anyone else feel like performance reviews are getting way more scrutinized lately? This year's review cycle feels different – more emphasis on hitting specific, quantifiable metrics, and less room for subjective contributions. My manager is asking for detailed documentation on everything, which is understandable to a point, but it's bordering on excessive. It's making me wonder if this is a prelude to something else. With the market being what it is, I guess it's not entirely surprising, but it does add to the general uncertainty. Just wanted to see if this is a company-wide trend or if my specific department is just under a microscope. Let me know your thoughts.
