Morale at CBRE seems low lately. Anyone else feel it?

Just wanted to put this out there and see if I'm alone. The general vibe around CBRE feels pretty downbeat these days. There's a lot of uncertainty, and while there haven't been any official announcements, the quietness is deafening. People are stressed, and you can feel it in the team meetings and even in casual hallway chats (when we have them). We've had a couple of key leaders depart recently, and the official explanations haven't really eased anyone's mind. There's a lot of speculation, naturally. It feels like the company is bracing for something, but nobody knows what. Are others experiencing this? Is it just my office, or is this a company-wide sentiment? Trying to figure out if this is just a rough patch or something more systemic. Any thoughts on how management is handling communication (or lack thereof) would also be appreciated.
