Been hearing whispers through the grapevine about potential restructuring or efficiency drives at CBRE. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but there's definitely a shift in the air. People seem a bit more hesitant to talk about future plans, and there's a general quietness that wasn't there before. Some teams are reportedly being consolidated or having their scopes redefined. I'm in a client-facing role and the business development side has definitely seen a slowdown, which I'm sure is impacting the bottom line.
