Been with Cencora for about 5 years now, mostly in the commercial ops side. Lately, the vibe has been... off. Heard some whispers from a friend on the IT side about budget cuts being prepped, and saw a few more VPs I don't usually see walking around. Management is being super tight-lipped, which usually means something's brewing. No official word, of course, but the air feels heavy. Anyone else in different departments picking up on anything? Or am I just being paranoid? Would love to hear if others are noticing the same quiet before a storm.

I'm in logistics and yeah, things have felt a bit strange here too. We had a few projects get put on indefinite hold last month with no real explanation, just that they were 'under review.' My supervisor is also being unusually cagey about upcoming resource allocations. It's definitely not just you; the general uncertainty is palpable across different teams. Trying not to get too worked up, but it's hard when communication is so scarce.
