Cencora - Anyone else notice a slowdown in internal mobility/transfers?

Is it just me, or has internal movement at Cencora pretty much ground to a halt? I've been trying to explore some different roles within the company for a while now, and it feels like every opportunity I look at either gets pulled or the process just stalls indefinitely. It's making it hard to plan a career path internally. My manager seems a bit in the dark too, just saying things are 'under review'. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing, a sign of belt-tightening, or maybe departments are just hoarding talent. Anyone else experiencing this? Makes you wonder what the long-term plan is if internal growth opportunities are drying up. Definitely feeling a bit stagnant.

I've definitely felt this too. It's frustrating because you hear about development opportunities, but then when you try to pursue them, it's like hitting a brick wall. The 'under review' response is particularly common, and it leaves you wondering if anything will ever actually move forward. It makes retention a real question mark for a lot of people, myself included. Hopefully, there's some clarity coming soon about the hiring freeze or whatever is causing these delays.

Yes, the internal transfer process feels incredibly stagnant. It's disheartening when you're trying to grow your career within Cencora and external applications seem like the only viable path. The lack of communication is the worst part; it breeds uncertainty and speculation about the company's direction and stability. It's making it difficult to feel invested when advancement feels impossible. Perhaps it's a temporary measure, but it's having a significant impact on morale.
