Cencora: Anyone else's team capacity getting squeezed?

Lately, it feels like my team is being asked to do more with less. We've had a couple of key people leave in recent months, and their roles haven't been backfilled. On top of that, the usual budget for training and external resources seems to have dried up. We're pushing hard to meet our KPIs, but it's becoming a real struggle. I'm wondering if this is an isolated thing within my department, or if others at Cencora are experiencing similar pressures. Is anyone else feeling the strain on team capacity and resources? It's creating a lot of extra work and frankly, it's starting to burn people out. Curious to hear if this is a broader trend or just our specific corner of the company. Any shared experiences would be helpful to understand the landscape.

I'm definitely feeling it too. It's like we're all running on fumes trying to keep up. The constant push for efficiency while resources dwindle is exhausting. I've noticed a lot more overtime and a general sense of overload across the board. It would be good to hear if management is aware of this widespread pressure and has any plans to address it before burnout becomes even more prevalent.

Sounds incredibly familiar. We're in a similar boat, juggling multiple projects with fewer hands than we had last year. The lack of new hires to replace those who've moved on is really noticeable. It makes hitting those targets feel like an uphill battle every single day. Hoping this is a temporary phase and not the new normal for how we operate.
